How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within X days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@email.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

We are unable to ship to PO boxes at this time.

 

RETURNS

If you’re not completely obsessed with your purchase, it’s totally fine! ...You have 7 days from the time you receive it to request a store credit.

 

REQUESTING A STORE CREDIT IS SIMPLE, HERE’S HOW:

1. Are you within the 7-day time frame from when your order was received? If yes, move to Step 2. If no, unfortunately, you will not be able to request a store credit.

2. Was your item on sale or purchased using a discount code? If no, move to Step 3. If yes, unfortunately, you will not be able to request a store credit.

Email support@shopvanitypix.com with your name, order number, the item(s) being returned, and your reason for returning.

Wait patiently for an email reply with your return authorization number and instructions on where to send your return. (*please allow up to 72 hours for a return authorization email).

Once you get your return authorization email, head to your favorite shipping carrier and send the item(s) back to us. You will need to purchase a shipping label. Vanity Pix is not responsible for shipping cost.

Once your item(s) has been received, we will email you your store credit redemption info within 5-7 business days.

 

THINGS TO KNOW:

 Vanity Pix will not process a credit for requests submitted after 7 days from receiving your order.

Vanity Pix will not process a credit if item(s) appears to have been worn. Store credit is only issued if the item(s) is returned unworn, unwashed, free of any stains (makeup, deodorant, etc), and with any/all product tags still attached.

Sale items, items purchased using discount/promo code, swimwear/lingerie, and accessories are final sale

You can use your store credit on ANYTHING at ShopVanityPix.com, and it NEVER expires.

All shipping fees are non-refundable, and you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We recommend you track your returned packages and/or buy insurance. We are not responsible for returned items that get lost in the mail

Your return authorization number is only valid for 3 days. Any returns received after 3 days it will not be accepted.

Vanity Pix will ONLY ISSUE STORE CREDIT. No exchange or refunds. No exceptions

WAS YOUR ORDER SENT BACK TO US BY THE SHIPPING COURIER?

In the event your package is refused by you at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
